4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

New members at kux9 will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. Before withdrawing the bonus amount, the total sum of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 20 times.
4.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- The bonus is applicable only once per eligible account.

kux9's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the player's overall activity and loyalty.
5. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
5.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at kux9 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
5.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of all active bonuses are met. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
5.3 Identity Verification and Withdrawals

6.2 Betting Limits

If a game result remains undetermined due to a technical issue or disconnection, kux9 reserves the right to void that game. In such cases, the bet amount will be refunded. Claims for winnings arising from server or software errors are not accepted.
